About Le Rivage
Le Rivage is a Gulf-front high-rise condominium at 4351 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples. Completed in 1996 and designed by Smith Barnes Santiesteban Architecture, the 25-story tower holds just 37 residences: two per floor on most levels and full-floor penthouses at the top. It faces due west, so residences take in the Gulf, and the upper penthouses enjoy views in every direction.
The tower sits directly on the beach, with Gulf views reaching toward Sanibel on clear days and sunrise views over Venetian Bay to the east. Monaco Beach Club is its neighbor to the north, and The Village Shops on Venetian Bay is a short stroll away. Waterside Shops and downtown Naples are a short drive.
