About Nevis at Cove Towers
Nevis is one of five condominium towers inside Cove Towers, a gated boating community in North Naples off Wiggins Pass Road, east of Vanderbilt Drive. It was the last of the towers to be built, completed around 2002 to 2003, after Aruba, Bequia, Caribe and Montego. The tower rises 18 stories and holds 58 residences, four per floor, and every residence opens from a private elevator into its own foyer.
Depending on the stack and floor, residences look out over Wiggins Bay, nature preserve, the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Kinsale Golf Club course next door. The community is close to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and Mercato, Waterside Shops and Artis-Naples are a short drive away.
