About Grande Dominica
Grande Dominica is a high-rise condominium in the Grande Preserve, the enclave of four luxury towers within The Dunes of Naples, a gated resort-style community in North Naples. Completed in 2003, it was the first of the four Grande Preserve towers. The 17-story building holds 87 residences, each reached by a private elevator, along with a small number of terrace-level homes and penthouses.
The Dunes sits on Turkey Bay off Vanderbilt Drive at Bluebill Avenue, and Grande Dominica looks west over the bay and mangroves to the Gulf, with daily sunsets and boat traffic heading out toward the Gulf. Vanderbilt Beach is a short walk away, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is nearby, and Mercato and Waterside Shops are a short drive.
