About Pelican Isle
Pelican Isle is a gated condominium community of three high-rise towers at 425, 435 and 445 Dockside Drive, off Vanderbilt Drive just south of Wiggins Pass Road in North Naples. The towers were completed between 1995 and 1997 on a 15-acre island and hold 136 residences in total, with residences rising to penthouses on the 11th floor. The buildings are all-concrete construction, and recent work includes new impact glass, refinished roofs and elevator modernization.
The island sits where the Cocohatchee River meets Wiggins Bay, with views over the bay toward Wiggins Pass and the Gulf of Mexico, and sunrise views to the east. Boaters reach open Gulf water through Wiggins Pass with no bridges in the way. Vanderbilt Beach, Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park are close by, and Mercato and Waterside Shops are a short drive.
