Renee Hahn is a very competent Realtor and she has excellent electronic media skills. These are just a beginning of her qualities and qualifications. She advised us on interiors and exterior updates needed be done to sell the house. She also advised on updates which would not payoff and she was absolutely correct on that too. Renee used her resources for house staging and staged it tastefully, which helped tremendously in quick sale. Renee designed and planted landscaping. She negotiated with the contractors we could not find ourselves and gave us timely warnings on outstanding permits issues. We exchanged our opinions on the value of the property and when listed, the house sold the next day with 4 buyers offering slightly higher than listing price. Communication was nearly instant, often beyond working hours. We were involved in a few real estate transactions over the years and no one worked as hard on our behalf as Renee.

We had a very large property that was both a business and our home. It was a unique, complex sale. Renee took on the challenge. She did her own research, found places to list that aligned to the business, and engaged other agents that served customers of similar interests. The pictures she did of our property were extraordinary, and her staging was on point. She was patient with us, and supported our decisions in the process. Ultimately, we sold for exactly the price we were hoping to get. We had a long closing period, and Renee helped us on a weekly basis with tying up loose ends, even those beyond her remit and responsibility. I ended up recommending her to my parents on the sell of their home as well...which is the biggest compliment I could give knowing my father's expectations!!!

Review Renee Hahn September 14, 2022 To whom it may concern: Renee Hahn: If 5 stars is the maximum, we would give her 20 stars!! We were visiting Naples for a weekend, and noted that price for our condo in Pelican Bay had skyrocketed, but our friend said, if we sold, the new placed we bought would also have a high price. Where could we go? We had nothing planned, so I said to my wife, why don’t you find a real estate agent on the internet, and let’s see where we could go. She picked Renee Hahn, and that was our lucky day. Although she was out of town on vacation, she arranged to have another agent show us condos in other communities, so we could hone in on the community and condo style we would like. Renee had a video chat with us, and quickly recognized what we would want in a new home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the attributes of each community and what would fit best with our needs and tastes. I told her communications were paramount in my business relationships, and she exceeded our expectations in that regard. She was always quick to respond with answers to our questions, as well as suggestions on what we should look for. She even recommended, since we had rented out our condo each winter, that we should look into using a 1031 exchange for our potential purchase. Renee helped stage our condo, and she was very thorough with regards to video, brochures, pictures and every detail of getting our home ready for a sale. AND THEN SHE SOLD THE CONDO IN 30 HOURS!! She was also an excellent negotiator, and got the buyers to come up to our price. Renee made sure she covered every base with regards to paperwork, recommending a Title company, attorneys, and any other ancillary services that might be needed. She even offered to help us get rid of the furniture we didn’t want. But the topper was, when the elevators were out of service for a few hours ON THE DAY the potential buyers were checking out the place, Renee WALKED UP EIGHT FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO BE SURE SHE WAS READY TO SHOW THE BUYERS THE PROPERTY!! To sum up, we unequivocally, wholeheartedly, and without any reservation recommend that anyone interested in buying or selling their home should use Renee Hahn! Renee is amazing. To date, we’ve purchased three homes and sold one home with Renee leading the charge. She can read people well, which is helpful with negotiations; and she read me and knew when I was stressed and helped ease my own worries throughout the process. In addition, Renee thinks two to three steps ahead of the game (and you). For instance, we were concerned the age of our roof age would lead to issues during the inspections and Renee had a solution before we even voiced our concerns out loud to her. Renee knows what you need before you know what you need. Not only is Renee competent she is also personable and thoughtful.
