About Moraya Bay
Moraya Bay is a Gulf-front high-rise at 11125 Gulf Shore Drive, at the north end of Vanderbilt Beach where Gulf Shore Drive meets Bluebill Avenue. Completed in 2009, the 11-story building holds 72 residences, with homes starting on the third floor and penthouses on the top level. The developer group behind Moraya Bay, Soave Real Estate with NxTOne Advisors, also built Kalea Bay, The Dunes and Regatta in North Naples.
The tower sits directly on the beach, with views of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the bay and Vanderbilt Lagoon area to the east. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is just to the north, and the restaurants and shops along Vanderbilt Beach Road, Mercato and Waterside Shops are a short drive.
