About Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach
Regatta, also known as Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach, is a gated waterfront condominium community in the Vanderbilt Beach area of North Naples, near the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Vanderbilt Drive. It was completed around 1999 and 2000 and includes two 12-story towers at 400 and 410 Flagship Drive plus six-story mid-rise buildings on Launch Circle, for a total of more than 200 residences. Although its listings are sometimes grouped with Pelican Bay, Regatta sits just outside the Pelican Bay community rather than inside it.
The community wraps around Vanderbilt Lagoon, so tower residences look over the bay toward the Gulf, with sunsets to the west and boats and dolphins in the water below. Vanderbilt Beach is within walking distance, The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort is across the street, and Mercato, the Pavilion and Waterside Shops are a short drive.
