About Biltmore at Bay Colony
The Biltmore is a beachfront high-rise in Bay Colony, the private, guard-gated enclave within Pelican Bay in North Naples. Delivered by WCI Communities in 1997, the 22-story tower holds 75 residences, with no more than four homes per floor and a large penthouse level at the top. The ground-floor common areas were redesigned in a multi-million-dollar remodel in the mid-2010s, and listings describe a newly refreshed arrival, lobby and pool area.
The building stands directly on the Gulf, two buildings south of the Bay Colony Beach Club, with a private boardwalk to the sand.
