About Remington at Bay Colony
The Remington is a beachfront high-rise condominium in Bay Colony, the private, guard-gated enclave at the north end of Pelican Bay in Naples. Completed in 1996 by WCI Communities, the 22-story tower holds 75 residences: four per floor on the standard floors, with smaller penthouse levels at the top. The lobby and common areas were remodeled in 2016, and listings describe a more recent renovation of the tower’s shared spaces.
The building sits directly on the Gulf between the Bay Colony Beach Club and The Ritz-Carlton Naples, and a boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the sand. Residences are oriented toward the Gulf, and many also look east over Pelican Bay and the tennis club. Waterside Shops, Artis Naples and Mercato are a short drive away, as is Vanderbilt Beach.
