About Marquesa at Bay Colony
Marquesa is the smallest high-rise in Bay Colony, the private, guard-gated enclave within Pelican Bay in North Naples. Built in 1994, it was the first luxury tower in Bay Colony set back from the beach. The 15-story building holds just 39 residences, typically three per floor in three stacks plus two penthouses, and every home has 9-foot ceilings.
