About Windsor at Bay Colony
The Windsor is the lowest-density high-rise in Bay Colony, the private, guard-gated enclave within Pelican Bay in North Naples. Completed by WCI Communities in 1998, it was the last of Bay Colony’s beachfront towers to be finished. The 21-story building holds just 31 residences: two per floor on the standard floors and seven full-floor penthouses above. Its common areas were fully remodeled, with the work completed in 2021.
The tower sits directly on the beach, immediately south of the Bay Colony Beach Club and two towers south of The Ritz-Carlton Naples, and every residence has panoramic Gulf views. The pool deck connects straight to the beach club and the sand. Waterside Shops, Mercato and Artis Naples are a short drive away.
