About Harbour House
Harbour House is a new bayfront condominium at 1624 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in the Coquina Sands neighborhood of Naples, on the stretch of Gulf Shore Boulevard known as the Miracle Mile. It replaces the Harbour Club, a 1960s cooperative, on a 1.36-acre site. The plan calls for 14 residences in three low-rise buildings, with addresses at 1604, 1614 and 1624 Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Borelli Construction of Naples is the builder and developer, with architecture by MHK Architecture, interiors by R & Co. Designs and landscape design by Outside Productions. The Naples Design Review Board approved the final plans in March 2026, and MLS listings show completion expected in 2028.
The buildings face Hurricane Harbor on the bay side of the street, with sunrise views over the water, and residences begin at an elevation of 16 feet. The beach is just across Gulf Shore Boulevard near Lowdermilk Park, and boats reach the Gulf through Doctors Pass. The new Four Seasons resort is nearby, and Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South and Coastland Center are a short drive away.
