About La Perle
La Perle is a boutique luxury condominium at 1820 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in The Moorings area of Naples, on the former Kingston Club site. Completed in 2023, it was the first new condominium in The Moorings in more than a decade. Two buildings make up the property: a four-story building on the water and a three-story building facing Gulf Shore Boulevard. Originally planned as 15 residences, La Perle now holds 13 after two combinations.
La Perle sits on the bay side of the boulevard, fronting Hurricane Harbor, which connects to the Gulf through Doctors Pass. The beach is directly across the street, and residents are eligible to join the private Moorings Beach Park. Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are a short drive south, with The Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Waterside Shops and Mercato to the north.
