About Admiralty Point
Admiralty Point is a waterfront condominium community on a 10-acre peninsula at the north side of Doctors Pass, at the north end of The Moorings neighborhood in Naples. It has two towers and 144 residences in total. Admiralty Point I, the Gulf-front west building at 2300 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, has 99 residences and was delivered in 1976. Admiralty Point II, the bayfront east building at 2400 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, has 45 residences and was delivered in 1981.
Few Naples addresses sit this close to the water on so many sides. Depending on the residence, owners look over the Gulf of Mexico, the boats moving through Doctors Pass, and the calm water of Moorings Bay and Venetian Bay, and dolphins are a common sight in the pass. The grounds sit at the end of a gated cul-de-sac with private beach access. Boats reach the Gulf with no bridges to clear, and The Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Waterside Shops and Fifth Avenue South are a short drive away.
