About Surfsedge
Surfsedge is a beachfront high-rise at 4001 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples, several buildings south of Park Shore Drive. Delivered in 1974, it was one of the first high-rises in Park Shore. The 15-story building holds 112 residences, eight to a floor, and its sister building is Gulfside at Park Shore.
Surfsedge sits in the front row, right on the sand, so residents step from the pool deck to the beach and the Park Shore beach promenade. Most residences have Gulf views, with the south-facing stacks offering the widest panoramas, and corner homes add views over Venetian Bay. The association has completed a major renovation of the lobby, social room, fitness center, pool and guest suites and has contracted for storm barriers around the building. The Village Shops on Venetian Bay are a short walk away, and the Venetian Bay Yacht Club is across the street.
