About Le Jardin
Le Jardin, French for The Garden, is a Gulf-front high-rise condominium at 4201 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples. Delivered in 1998 by The Lutgert Companies, the 20-story tower holds only 52 residences, with three residences on a typical floor and two on the penthouse level. Arrival is through a gated circular drive and porte-cochere, and the building has recently renovated its pool and spa, fitness center and lobby.
Residents look west over the Gulf of Mexico and east over Venetian Bay and the city lights, with private beach access steps from the pool deck. The tower sits directly across Gulf Shore Boulevard from The Village Shops on Venetian Bay, with its waterfront restaurants and boutiques. Waterside Shops, Artis Naples and downtown Naples are a short drive.
