About Colonade
Colonade is a gated community of 128 townhome-style condominium residences on Colonade Circle in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples. The low-rise buildings were completed in phases between 1991 and 1996, and each residence has its own entry and garage, giving owners much of the feel of a single-family home with the ease of condominium living. Many second-floor residences have a private elevator from the garage level.
The community sits inland from Gulf Shore Boulevard North, so it is not Gulf-front, but it is within walking distance of the residents-only Park Shore Beach Park and The Village Shops on Venetian Bay. Landscaped grounds, a small lake with a fountain and preserve views give the circle a quiet, garden setting. Waterside Shops, Coastland Center and downtown Naples are a short drive.
