About Epique
Epique is a new luxury condominium tower rising on Grenadier Boulevard in the Pelican Bay community of North Naples. It is being developed by Gulf Bay Development EPQ, LLC, part of the Naples-based Gulf Bay Group of Companies, which also built the neighboring Mystique. The tower will stand 19 stories with 68 residences, made up of estate homes, four penthouses and garden-level Jardin residences. The developer lists anticipated completion in the second quarter of 2028, and the project is marketed as the last new high-rise opportunity in Pelican Bay.
Epique sits beside its sister tower Mystique in north-central Pelican Bay, close to a Pelican Bay beach tram station and the boardwalks that lead through the mangroves to the Gulf. The facade is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass oriented toward Gulf sunsets. Artis Naples, Waterside Shops and The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort are all nearby.

They feature 10-foot ceilings, Calacatta Gold marble countertops, Wolf and Sub-Zero Designer Series appliances and marble-clad primary baths. The four penthouses are each close to 9,700 square feet, with 12-foot ceilings and private rooftop pool decks. Garden-level Jardin residences are also planned; their sizes have not been published.
