About Claridge
The Claridge is a high-rise condominium at 7515 Pelican Bay Boulevard, at the north end of the Pelican Bay community in North Naples. Completed in 1993, the building honors the Art Deco era in its architecture. Most sources describe it as 21 stories with just over 80 residences in four stacks. Two elevators each open onto a private landing shared by only two residences, which gives the building an unusually private feel.
The Claridge sits on the berm one building away from the Marker 36 beach access, with a Pelican Bay tram stop directly behind the building. Western views take in the Gulf, the mangrove preserve and the sunset, while eastern views look over the Club Pelican Bay golf course. Waterside Shops, Artis Naples and Mercato are all nearby.

Many homes have a western lanai for sunsets and a small eastern balcony for sunrise.
