Cap Ferrat is a luxury high-rise condominium at 6597 Nicholas Boulevard, inside the guard-gated Crown Colony enclave of Pelican Bay in North Naples. Completed in 2002, the 22-story tower holds 111 residences arranged in six stacks, all facing west toward the Gulf. Its design draws on classic European architecture, and every residence is reached by a secured elevator that opens into a private foyer.
The tower sits on the berm in the center of Pelican Bay, with views over the mangrove preserve to the Gulf and the Naples coastline. Gulf views begin around the fifth floor and widen with height.
