About Mystique
Mystique is a luxury high-rise condominium at 6897 Grenadier Boulevard in the Pelican Bay community of North Naples. The 20-story tower was developed by a joint venture of the Naples-based Gulf Bay Group of Companies and KKR, and it was completed in 2019 on one of the last waterfront parcels left in Pelican Bay. It holds 81 residences: large estate homes on the upper floors, a penthouse level and nine garden-level Jardin residences on the second floor. Its sister tower, Epique, is under construction next door.
The building sits in north-central Pelican Bay between St. Laurent and St. Raphael, with floor-to-ceiling glass that looks west over the mangrove preserve to the Gulf and east over the Club Pelican Bay golf course and the city. Pelican Bay tram station 6 is just off the pool deck, connecting residents to the north beach and the Marker 36 beach restaurant. Artis Naples, Waterside Shops and The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort are all close by.
