About Calais
Calais is a condominium community on Pelican Bay Boulevard in the north-central part of the Pelican Bay community in North Naples, with buildings addressed from 7000 to 7056 Pelican Bay Boulevard. It was built in phases from 1990 to 1992 and combines low-rise buildings with a mid-rise building of at least five stories, for a total of 131 residences. The scale is intimate compared with the towers along the berm, and the community has its own clubhouse and pool.
Calais sits along the Club Pelican Bay golf course, so many residences look out over fairways, a lake or landscaped preserve, and upper floors of the mid-rise catch treetop views with a glimpse of the Gulf. The Pelican Bay tram station and boardwalk are directly across the street, giving residents an easy route to the beach and beach restaurants. Waterside Shops, Artis Naples and Mercato are close by.
