About The Island at West Bay Club
The Island at West Bay Club is a 24-story condominium tower at 5100 Baybridge Boulevard in Estero, the ninth and final residential neighborhood in the gated West Bay Club community. Developer Kolter Urban broke ground in January 2025, and the tower was designed by Garcia Stromberg Architects. It holds 86 residences, four per floor, and every residence is a corner home.
The tower rises above Estero Bay and a surrounding nature preserve, with views west toward the Gulf of Mexico and over the West Bay Club golf course. Kolter Urban said in mid-2024 that it expected the first residents by the end of 2026, and MLS records list a 2026 build year. Coconut Point, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point and Bonita Springs are close by, and Southwest Florida International Airport is an easy drive.
