About Infinity at the Colony
Infinity at the Colony is a 22-story condominium tower at 4810 Pelican Colony Boulevard in Bonita Springs, inside The Colony Golf and Bay Club, the gated high-rise community within Pelican Landing. Developed by Naples-based The Ronto Group with Swedroe Architecture as architect of record, it holds 96 residences and was the first new high-rise at The Colony in several years. The building opened to residents in early 2026, and it is planned as the first of two Infinity towers.
Residences look west toward the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, over protected preserve and the building’s own amenity deck. Coconut Point and the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point resort are close by, and Southwest Florida International Airport is an easy drive.
