About Esperia South
Esperia South is a luxury high-rise condominium on Bonita Bay Boulevard inside Bonita Bay, the gated, master-planned community in Bonita Springs. The Lutgert Companies completed the 28-story tower in 2007, and it holds 119 residences, with the first two levels set aside for secured garage parking. A companion tower, Esperia North, was marketed at the same time but was never built.
The tower rises above Bonita Bay’s golf courses, lakes and preserve land, so west-facing residences look across Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico and east-facing residences look over the fairways. Bonita Bay covers about 2,400 acres, roughly half of it kept as open space, and residents share a private Gulf beach park, a marina on Estero Bay with Backwater Jack’s restaurant, parks and miles of walking and biking paths. Downtown Bonita Springs and Southwest Florida International Airport are an easy drive.

Some residences include an enclosed private garage on the second level instead of open garage spaces.
