About Estancia
Estancia is a luxury high-rise condominium on Bonita Bay Boulevard in Bonita Bay, the gated, master-planned community in Bonita Springs. Developed by The Lutgert Companies and completed in 2002, the 26-story tower holds about 89 residences, with just four homes per floor and a group of penthouses on the top levels.
The tower sits among Bonita Bay’s golf courses, including the Bay Island course, with Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Bonita Bay covers about 2,400 acres, roughly half of it kept as open space, and residents share a private Gulf beach park, a marina with Backwater Jack’s restaurant, community parks and miles of walking and biking paths. Downtown Bonita Springs, Naples and Southwest Florida International Airport are an easy drive.

A few lower-level residences have large private terraces close to the pool deck. Recent building projects include a new roof and new impact windows.
