About Halcyon
The Halcyon Residences and Marina is a new-construction condominium on Davis Boulevard in East Naples, just east of the Gordon River and about a mile from Fifth Avenue South. Developed by Henley US with Naples-based Gillette Development, it is planned as 66 residences in two six-story buildings linked by a glass atrium, plus a freestanding clubhouse. MHK Architecture designed the project and Megan Sherwood Designs created the interiors. Sales began in early 2026, with construction expected to start in 2027 and completion expected in late 2029.
The roughly 8-acre site wraps a private marina on Rock Creek, replacing the former Brookside Marina, with boating access to Naples Bay and the Gulf. The first residential floor sits about 16 feet above grade. Downtown Naples, the Gordon River Greenway and Fifth Avenue South are close by, and the residences look out over the marina and surrounding water.

Halcyon Residences
Planned residences range from about 2,190 to 3,375 square feet under air, from two-bedroom plans with a study to four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath penthouses. Homes are designed with ceilings up to 11 feet, floor-to-ceiling glass, windows on two or three sides, private elevator entry and large terraces with gas grills or outdoor kitchens, and some ground-level plans include oversized garden terraces. Kitchens feature Wolf, Sub-Zero and Fisher and Paykel appliances, with two designer finish palettes.
