Monterrey is a Gulf-front high-rise condominium in Cape Marco, the gated community at the southern tip of Marco Island. Built in 1996, the 20-story tower holds 136 residences and is one of six Cape Marco high-rises, alongside Belize, Cozumel, Merida, Tampico and Veracruz.
