About Chalet of San Marco
Chalet of San Marco, often called The Chalet, is a Gulf-front condominium on South Collier Boulevard, directly on Marco Island’s crescent-shaped beach. Completed in 1980, the 12-story building has 90 residences and is known for its three-story atrium lobby.
The Chalet sits in the busy center of the beach, near the JW Marriott and Hilton resorts, so many of the island’s restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
