About Madeira
Madeira is a Mediterranean-style, Gulf-front high-rise on South Collier Boulevard, directly on Marco Island’s crescent-shaped beach. Finished in October 2006, it is one of the newest beachfront condominiums on the island. The 18-story building holds 101 residences, including beach-level homes, four Estate Residences on the upper floors and penthouses at the top.
Madeira sits next door to the JW Marriott Marco Island, so the resort’s restaurants and spa are a short walk down the beach, and the shops and restaurants along Collier Boulevard are close by. Most residences face west over the Gulf for sunsets, and residents step from the pool deck straight onto the sand.

Floor plans run from two to four bedrooms, and most homes have private elevator entry, Gulf-facing terraces, coffered ceilings, gas cooking and an en-suite bath for each bedroom. The Estate Residences were created by combining two floor plans, and the penthouses have multiple terraces with views of the Gulf and the Ten Thousand Islands.
Madeira Pet and Rental Rules
